Yes! Residents can conveniently pay rent online using a credit card or checking account through the Rent Cafe Online Payments portal available on our website. This secure, third-party payment service provider is not affiliated with New Kent Apartments, and residents must accept the provider's terms of service to participate.

Are short-term leases available?

Yes. To accommodate professionals relocating for work at West Chester University or local corporations, New Kent offers short-term furnished leases.
  • Minimum term: 3 months
  • Rates: Vary depending on floor plan size and furnishings

Absolutely! We love our furry residents.
  • Maximum: 2 pets per apartment (cats or dogs)
  • One-time non-refundable fee: $350 for one pet; $500 for two
  • Monthly pet rent: $35 per animal
  • Breed restrictions: Restrictions apply. Please contact our leasing team for details
