This secure, third-party payment service provider is not affiliated with New Kent Apartments, and residents must accept the provider's terms of service to participate.

Are short-term leases available?

Yes. To accommodate professionals relocating for work at West Chester University or local corporations, New Kent offers short-term furnished leases.

One-time non-refundable fee: $350 for one pet; $500 for two
