Here's everything you need to know about set-up fees for your new apartment.
 

Fees & Deposits

Application Fee: $50 per person 18+ (non-refundable)
Holding Fee: $500 (due when application is submitted, non-refundable upon approval, may become security deposit after move-in)
Covered Parking: $50
Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 animals per residence, *breed restrictions apply
Monthly Animal Fee: $35.00 per animal
One-time Nonrefundable Animal Fee: $350 for one animal, $500 for two animals
Trash Service Fee: Included
Renters' Insurance: Leaseholders are required to have an active renters' insurance policy for the apartment home
Utilities: Resident is responsible for gas/electric, water/sewer, cable/internet

The Fine Print

  • Security deposit is pending a screening approval. Holding fee due with application & non-refundable upon approval, becomes Security Deposit upon move-in, unless the applicant utilizes 'The Guarantors' program, then the holding fee will go towards the first month's rent.
  • Rent can vary based on apartment home, desired move-in date & length of lease terms. Pricing is subject to change daily.
  • Inquire with the leasing office for details regarding pet policy & breed restrictions.
