Yes. Residents can pay rent online through the RentCafé Online Payments and Portal using a credit card or checking account. Please note: this is a third-party service provider, and residents must accept their terms of service to participate.

Yes, River Station offers short-term apartment rentals in Downingtown, PA, ideal for professionals relocating for work. Rental rates vary by floor plan. Contact our leasing office to learn more and ask about our furnished apartment options.

No, we believe amenities should be part of the community experience, not an extra charge. Unlike some nearby properties that add amenity fees (sometimes up to $500), we keep amenities included.

Yes! River Station welcomes dogs and cats.
Pet Policy:

  • Maximum: 2 pets per apartment
  • Fees: non-refundable fee of $350 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets (non-refundable)
  • Monthly fee: $35 per pet
  • Breed restrictions apply
