1. Make it Comfortable, Yet Practical
Though the designs on Pinterest may be aesthetic, make sure it is a place that is practical and comfortable. If you’ll be spending a lot of time here you want to have comfortable seating and an organized space.
Make it practical by giving yourself the appropriate amount of space to work on the tasks you need to do.

2. Add Lighting
If possible, choose a space with natural light.
Add lighting to be in concentrated places that will help you focus in on your work.

Have a good method of storage and filing. If you’re working from home you will want to be able to separate out your personal work from your job. Get a filing cabinet or storage bins to keep your desk neat and tidy!
