"After building and living in my own home for 30 years I downsized to here. It is one of the best decisions I had made in my lifetime. I have and continue to have a wonderful experience here with staff and neighbors. The apartment is very spacious and the area is quiet and well kept. Anytime I needed anything fixed Brian and his team respond quickly and professionally. Anytime I have entered to office area everyone has been friendly and attentive to whatever the need is. I have so much peace living here which means a lot to me. And having my parking spot reserved in front of my door is an extra bonus. So many other places I looked at prior to here was first come first serve parking. Another winner for me is having laundry in-suite. They plan engaging community events throughout the year to show appreciation to all who reside here. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, friendly and well kept place to live, than check out here!"

"House was nice. Could fit my wife and daughter ok and sometimes when she would have her friend over it would be a little cramped. Parking was normally good, never really a problem. Good maintenance, staff was nice. Noice was ok, and neighbor was a little rude. Pool was always nice and the location was great."

"Really love this place! Everyone is quiet, respectful, and friendly. This year we had the most snow out of the past 5 years. Snow was removed exceptionally well, and was stayed on top of. Maintenance and staff are very prompt with emails and texts you send them. If you are a college kid you will be able to afford this place. I looked at a lot of places and this one has the best value for square footage in relation to it's price. I will be staying for a while!"

"We have lived through many changes and improvements here at New Kent for over 23 years. We’re only moving because of a new job in a Florida. I can’t say enough good things about this little city we call home. I can only hope my new apartment management is half as attentive as the office staff here. When my washer, refrigerator, dishwasher stoped working ( at different times of course) the new ones were in and working when I came home from work that very same night. You just don’t get that kind of service everywhere. Although we’re sad to be leaving our kids, grandkids and friends we will also miss the wonderful staff here at New Kent. Truly a five star place to live."

"We have lived here at New Kent for 17 years and could not be happier. There are little things that tend to get annoying like the pool hours and the length of the pool season. The maintance crew is the best we've ever delt with in our over 30 years of renting. New Kent does not allow small dogs as other apartments in the area do. Cats are okay for a large deposit. The community is growing again with the addition of townhouses which may or may not change the , almost, adult community although it's not advertised as such. With all things considered we hope to live here for many years to come."
