"The moment we downsized from our home and moved into Corner Park Apartments we have been extremely happy. The apartments are very conveniently located with easy access to Route 202, the towns of West Chester, Malvern, Exton and all the major shopping centers. The complex allows us to use the facilities at New Kent Apartments such as the amazing swimming pool, the health club, the club house, etc. Corner Park is a very well maintained community; it has ample parking, a fire pit and BBQ area, lovely seating areas and best of all it is pet friendly! The management staff is always very friendly and accommodating and work orders are always processed promptly. We are very happy to be living here!"
